Royal Ascot

Step into a world of racing and fine dining at Royal Ascot with Raymond Blanc OBE.

Royal Ascot is Britain’s most exciting race meeting, attracting many of the world’s finest racehorses. Each year the meeting is broadcast to audiences around the globe, yet to experience it in person is something altogether more special.

The sixth-floor Panoramic Restaurant offers one of the finest views across the track and down the straight mile and promises gastronomic delight as Raymond Blanc OBE returns as chef-in-residence for Royal Ascot 2019.


The menu in June 2018 was:

Selection of Canapés

Native Cornish lobster;
Jersey Royal potato salad, red pepper essence

Heirloom tomato tartare;
basil oil, tomato essence sorbet

Main Course
Royal Estate lamb rump, braised shoulder navarin;
spring vegetables, potato purée

Spinach and quail egg ravioli;
pea velouté

Artisanal selection of European cheeses and accompaniments

The first British strawberries;
white chocolate mousse, basil and mint jelly

Lavazza ground coffee
