I am so pleased to announce I will be participating in The Curated Plate Festival – a new four-day food festival on the Sunshine Coast of Australia from 8-11 August, featuring chefs from Australia and around the world.
In addition to myself, the debut program welcomes international chefs Zaiyu Hasegawa (Japan) and Monique Fiso (New Zealand), alongside Australian-based talent Peter Gilmore, Analiese Gregory, Clayton Wells, Matt Stone, Chase Kojima, Darren Robertson, Alanna Sapwell, Nelly Robinson, Troy Rhoades-Brown plus several more talented local chefs, foragers and producers.
The festival celebrates the relationship between chef and producer, in picturesque surrounds famed for its vibrant produce… how wonderful! Guests will immerse themselves in the flavours foraged from organic and sustainable practices and enjoy once-in-a-lifetime dining experiences.
I am truly so honoured to be involved in this exciting new festival, and am also hugely looking forward to visiting the fabulous country of Australia this summer.
My events include:
