We will be hosting a glorious French themed evening, sharing stories of the last 35 years. Gary Jones, Benoit Blin and I have created a delicious menu with the finest French food, wine and musical entertainment.
One of my proudest achievements has been to pass on my knowledge, ethics and culture to every member of his team. Remarkably, no less than 35 chefs have gone on to achieve their own Michelin stars and success in their own right. What better way to celebrate the 35th anniversary than by inviting some of his most respected protégés back to Le Manoir kitchen to re-immerse themselves into the brigade and together create a 7-course signature menu. Join us to pay tribute to some of the country’s finest chefs; alongside myself, Gary Jones and Benoit Blin we welcome Michael Caines MBE, Ollie Dabbous, Clive Fretwell, Robin Gill and Angar Sverisson. After a night of glorious gastronomy, stay in one of Belmond Le Manoir’s beautiful bedrooms.
