The Liverpool Food and Drink Festival 2018

Come and see me cook some of my favourite dishes

I will be topping the bill at this year’s Liverpool Food and Drink Festival, which is set to take place in Sefton Park from 15 – 16 September – and I cannot wait! I will be sharing some of my culinary secrets and preparing my favourite dishes for you at this wonderful event, which returns for its eleventh consecutive year.

I love the concept behind the Liverpool Food and Drink Festival; talented local chefs coming together to showcase their signature dishes in one of the city’s most beautiful parks is such a wonderful idea. Great food should be celebrated in this way and I’m really looking forward to exploring Liverpool’s local food and drink scene during the festivities.

The festival will bring local restaurants together to serve up some of their most popular dishes. There will also be a whole programme of masterclasses and demos taking place throughout the weekend, with tips from top local chefs and industry experts.

I will also be sampling the tasty treats in the producers’ market and international street food stalls. There will be live music and family entertainment throughout the showground, as well as dedicated areas for craft beers, gins, wines and speciality coffees. So come and join me. It is sure to be a fantastic day out for all the family.

Tickets to the Liverpool Food and Drink Festival start from £7 per day and £11.50 for the whole weekend with free entry for children under 14. Visit Liverpool Food and Drink Festival for tickets and further information.
