Like my food, my website revolves around the four seasons.
Currently, it’s spring:
the garden is returning to life after the winter and the flavours are young and delicate. It’s time for the first courgette flowers, the tender spring lamb, and the rise of the noble asparagus. Delicious!
I have so many exciting projects on the horizon this season. As I write this, the team and I are putting the final touches on Jardin Blanc – our beautiful private garden restaurant set within the wondrous RHS Chelsea Flower Show. I can’t wait to show you what we’ve been up to – it will be bigger and better than ever! We hope to see you there.
