Welcome to my brand new website!

Like my food, my website revolves around the four seasons.

Currently, it’s spring:
the garden is returning to life after the winter and the flavours are young and delicate. It’s time for the first courgette flowers, the tender spring lamb, and the rise of the noble asparagus. Delicious!

I have so many exciting projects on the horizon this season. As I write this, the team and I are putting the final touches on Jardin Blanc – our beautiful private garden restaurant set within the wondrous RHS Chelsea Flower Show. I can’t wait to show you what we’ve been up to – it will be bigger and better than ever! We hope to see you there.

I have a culinary challenge for you!
Here is my recipe for Assiette Anne-Marie – a delicious celebration of spring. It is a restaurant-level recipe which takes skill and determination – but the sense of accomplishment will be worth it.

Post your version on social media and tag me to have it #RAYted!

If you’re looking for something a little simpler but just as special, I have also hand-picked my five seasonal star ingredients for this spring. I’ve created a recipe showcasing each ingredient that I hope you will enjoy cooking for your loved ones at home.
