One of my proudest achievements has been to pass on my knowledge, ethics and culture to every member of his team.
Remarkably, no less than 35 chefs have gone on to achieve their own Michelin stars and success in their own right.
What better way to celebrate the 35th anniversary than by inviting some of his most respected protégés back to Le Manoir kitchen to re-immerse themselves into the brigade and together create a 7-course signature menu.
What an honour it is for me to pay tribute to some of the country’s finest chefs in October for a tremendous night of glorious food and fun.
Alongside myself, Gary Jones and Benoit Blin we will welcome Michael Caines MBE, Ollie Dabbous, Clive Fretwell, Robin Gill and Agnar Sverisson.
