One of my proudest achievements has been to pass on my knowledge, ethics and culture to every member of my team. Remarkably, no less than 37 chefs have gone on to achieve their own Michelin stars and success in their own right.
What better way to celebrate Le Manoir’s 35th anniversary than by inviting some of my most respected protégés back to the kitchen to re-immerse themselves into the brigade and create an incredible 7-course signature menu for our 120 guests.
Alongside myself, Gary Jones and Benoit Blin we welcomed Michael Caines MBE, Ollie Dabbous, Clive Fretwell, Robin Gill and Agnar Sverisson.
