There’s nothing I love more than carefully selecting the most seasonal of ingredients to create delicious, fresh, home-made dishes. That’s why I am so thrilled to say that on the first Thursday of every month – your local Brasserie Blanc will be launching a sensational set menu starring our favourite ingredient of the month. We will showcase its versatility by weaving the wonderful fruit or veg throughout three courses. We can’t wait to share the journey of our dishes from produce to plate with you.
Our hero ingredient this June is rhubarb, picked for us daily by our friends at the family-owned Secretts farm. Quintessentially British and bursting with flavour, try it in our refreshing & perfectly balanced roast rhubarb, fennel & pink grapefruit salad. For our main, enjoy the sublime combination of seared Cornish mackerel with spiced rhubarb chutney, simply delicious. Finally, opt for our rhubarb fool for a luxuriously creamy dessert.
From 7th June for only £11.95 you’ll be able to enjoy two home-cooked courses at our beautiful brasseries.
