BBC Good Food Show - Birmingham NEC 13 – 16 June

Join me & celebrate summer as the BBC Good Food Show

Join me and a host of other chefs at BBC Good Food Show at Birmingham’s NEC.

On 13th and 14th June I will be demonstrating some delicious seasonal dishes LIVE in the Big Kitchen, followed by an on-stage interview and book signing of my latest book, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons: The Story of a Modern Classic.

There will be lots to see and do throughout the day… you can sample your way around hundreds of the finest artisan producers, stock up for a season of al fresco dining, and participate in hands-on food and drink masterclasses at the Skills School…  it’s the ultimate family day out for food lovers.

See your favourite chefs and gardening experts LIVE at the Show. Raymond Blanc, Mary BerryTom KerridgeMichel Roux Jr,  and Nadiya Hussian will be cooking seasonal dishes LIVE in the Big Kitchen, plus Ainsley Harriott and Prue Leith join the line-up for 2019. Over at the Gardeners’ World Live theatre, Monty DonCarol Klein and a host of your TV favourites will be sharing their top tips to get your garden ready for summer.

Hear more from the BBC Good Food team as food editor-at-large Barney Desmazery hosts interviews with your culinary heroes at the BBC Good Food Stage, plus pick up the latest cookbooks and have them signed in book signing sessions.

Sharpen up your skills in hands-on food and drink masterclasses at the Skills School including a Fondant Fancy Workshop with the Good Food team and knife skills with Zwilling. Sample and shop your way around hundreds of the finest artisan producers and stock up for a season of al fresco dining.

Pick up picnic essentials, then head outside to explore the stunning Show Gardens and impressive Floral Marquee. Take a seat in the sunshine and soak up the atmosphere with live music at the bandstand, plus keep the little ones entertained with family games and activities.
