A Michelin-starred evening in aid of Hospitality Action

The ultimate office Christmas party!

Monday 26th November will be such a special evening for me as I will be joining forces with four of my protégés to deliver an unforgettable dinner to raise funds for Hospitality Action… and you could join us there!

Cooking alongside me will be my Executive Head Chef from Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons Gary Jones who has led the kitchen brigade here since 1999. I am delighted to also be joined by Belmond Le Manoir’s Chef Pâtissier Benoit Blin – a judge on the BBC2 Bake Off Crème de la Crème programme and Channel 4s Bake Off, The Professionals. We will also be cooking with two other acclaimed chefs who have passed through the doors of Le Manoir – Chef-restaurateur of three popular London restaurants Robin Gill, whose flagship restaurant The Dairy reached number nine in the National Restaurant Awards and Aggi Sverrisson whose flagship venture, Texture Restaurant and Champagne Bar, has retained its Michelin star since 2010. This exclusive fundraising event will take place at Chino Latino within the Park Plaza London Riverbank. We will all be present on the night and cook one of the four courses each, under the watchful eye of Chino Latino’s Werner Seebach who will provide the canapés and petit fours.

I will also be hosting a Q&A session and there will be an auction of some very exclusive prizes. The funds raised will go towards helping those most in need across the UK hospitality industry this winter.

Of course, the festive season is the busiest time of year for those of us who work in hospitality and we often take on added pressure to help create special memories for others. This stress can sometimes lead to difficulties and it is here Hospitality Action can lend a helping hand. I cannot wait to be reunited with Robin and Aggi and work alongside Gary and Benoit in aid of Hospitality Action and all those they support.
