The courses at The Raymond Blanc Cookery School are suitable for all experience levels. From half-day introductions to residential programmes, dinner party master classes to children’s courses, there’s something for everyone.

Tuition by the expert chefs is led by Head Tutor Mark Peregrine, who brings over 30 years’ experience to the role.
