High profile chefs who have worked under Raymond Blanc

For Raymond Blanc, a passion for food is not something to keep to yourself. Raymond's philosophy from the very beginning has been to share: to break bread and drink wine together; to enjoy food with those around him. 

Over more than three decades Raymond has welcomed trainee chefs to work with him, learn from him. This legacy can be seen from the extensive roll call of those chefs who have trained at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons.
