Cookery demonstration at Bentalls in Kingston

Last week I spent the day doing two cooking demonstrations at Bentalls Department store in Kingston-upon-Thames. This was to celebrate the launch of four new cookware ranges: Raymond Blanc by Anolon®.
The demonstrations were fast and furious, with recipes that celebrated the food and tested the equipment. We cooked:
- Chicken with morel mushrooms
- Watercress soup
- Chicken fricassée with red wine vinegar
- Moules marinières
and...
…all in one hour!
Afterwards I signed copies of my book ‘A Taste of My Life’ and chatted to some of the people who came to see me.
