Pastry wins for Le Manoir Chefs at Hotelympia

It is with great pleasure that we announce the achievements of Le Manoir's pastry chefs in winning two gold medals at Hotelympia 2010.
Paul Williams, Sous Chef in Pastry won Gold in the decorative exhibit in sugar work.
Nicolas Bouhelier, Senior Chef de Partie in Pastry won Gold in the decorative exhibit in chocolate work.
Anne Coqueline commis chef in pastry is exhibiting her work at Hotelympia in the Chocolate Petit Fours class. We wish her all the best.
