On 02 November, the Fish2Fork team assessed the Brasserie Blanc chain for their commitment to the use of sustainably sourced fish and seafood in their restaurants.

The Fish2Fork report says:

“Although the brasserie chain is on a much smaller scale than Le Manoir the philosophy remains the same. All the fish dishes on the menu are scrupulously sourced: Loch Duart salmon, Norwegian cod and Cornish by catch for the fish soup... the Brasserie chain deserves its 3 Blue Fish score. ”
