BBC Series: Kitchen Secrets

Monday 22 February saw the second episode of Raymond Blanc Kitchen Secrets, where Raymond showed viewers how to cook four very different - but all delicious - fish dishes.

We will be providing recipes from the series for download after each episode has been broadcast.

Many viewers have also contacted the website to ask specific questions. We are collecting all the questions received, and will be providing both a tip sheet for each episode and - at the end of the series - a Question & Answer sheet which we hope will answer most of your questions.

The series continues on Monday 29 February, at 8.30pm on BBC2.
