Ancient Oak inspires Raymond Blanc dish

Oxford Journal features an article about the felling of the ancient OneOak tree at Blenheim Palace. Raymond Blanc and Le Manoir have created a new dish for the menu using the sawdust and wood shavings from the tree to produce 'OneOak smoked salmon', which will be served at Le Manoir from April onwards.
