Young Chef Young Waiter 2011

The regional finalists for the 2011 Young Chef Young Waiter (YCYW) competition, organised by The Restaurant Association, have been announced.

Gary Jones, Executive Head Chef at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, will be a member of the judging panel for the Young Chefs competition. Chris Kenny and Daniel Taylor will both represent Le Manoir in the Young Chefs competition. Carine Jau and Adam Willis will represent Le Manoir in the Young Waiter competition.
