Raymond Blanc has designed a brand new cookery course for the Raymond Blanc Cookery School. The course is based around his highly successful TV series and is taught by two of his favourite protégés, Adam Johnson and Ankush Bhasin.



Fans of BBC Two's Kitchen Secrets and The Very Hungry Frenchman are in for a real treat. Adam Johnson and Ankush Bhasin, two of Raymond Blanc's favourite protégés, teach a fascinating course featuring many of the techniques, skills and recipes showcased on the popular TV programmes.

The one day course includes:
  • Morning and afternoon tea
  • Informal lunch in the cookery school
  • Course certificate
