The 2012 Awards, hosted by Jay Rayner and Gizzi Erskine, were held in London on Thursday 18 October. The expert judging panel included chefs Angela Hartnett, Shaun Hill from the Walnut Tree in Wales and Simon Hulstone from the Elephant in Torquay and Chair of Judges, Allan Jenkins. Raymond was presented with his award by Jay Rayner and Gizzi Erskine.
