James Knight Pacheco & Alasdair Hooper, runners up in Series 2 of The Restaurant, have set up in business as high class private caterers. Follow their progress in a new series on BBC2. This week's episode is on Wednesday 5 May at 9pm, as they face up to their biggest challenge yet: cooking for 300 at Sandhurst Military Academy...
Raymond sent the boys the following message:
"It is always a great pleasure and hugely exciting to see fledglings like James and Alistair develop and grow. We had huge fun having them at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons - teaching them how we do things and seeing them learn how to be part of the centre of excellence. I think they would agree, they learnt so much from my army and generals. My whole team (and I, bien sur!) wish them the very best going forward. Bonne Chance!"
