On 26 October 2012, Philip Newman-Hall, Director and General Manager of Le Manoir, Julia Morell (HR Director of Le Manoir) and Emma Dickson attended the HR in Hospitality Awards 2012 at the Dorchester Hotel in London. The awards recognise HR initiatives within the Hospitality industry. Philip and team collected the award for Excellence in Establishing Links with Schools and Colleges 2012.

After the ceremony, Philip said: "I was delighted to be able to accept on behalf of Raymond Blanc and Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons together with Julia Murrell and Emma Dickson the award for Establishing Links with Schools and Colleges Award at the HR in Hospitality Awards at The Dorchester Hotel tonight.
