The Front of House Catey Award adds to the firmament of success that Blanc and his team have and Raymond Blanc commented:
“I am thrilled that the Front of House team at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons have been honoured by Caterer and Hotelkeeper. It has always been my heartfelt belief that the most crucial part of Le Manoir is its people. It of course, starts with the recruitment process and then it is the nurturing – the training, the career development, the close bond that develops between the team that results in ultimate success.
"At Le Manoir we pride ourselves on creating a unique experience to each and every guest and are constantly striving for excellence. Awards like this show that we are still on the right track to further excellence and quality.”
