Edd Kimber - winner of BBC's the Great British Bake Off -
spends a week at Le Manoir

Edd Kimber, winner of BBC Two's The Great British Bake Off, was invited to spend a week in the Pastry kitchen at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, working with Chef Patisser Benoit Blin and his team.

This was his first experience of working in a professional kitchen and he has written a blog about his experience which you can read in full here.

We were delighted to welcome him at Le Manoir and found him a delight to work with. We wish him the very best of luck in the future.
