Following the opening of new restaurants in Berkhamsted and London's St Pauls and Tower Hill, Brasserie Blanc is set to open further restaurants in Covent Garden, Bath and St Albans over the coming months.



Raymond attended the opening of Tower Hill Brasserie Blanc on 10 April. He welcomed guests to the restaurant and presented Executive Head Chef of Brasserie Blanc, Clive Fretwell, to guests.









Brasserie Blanc's flagship restaurant is to open in Covent Garden on 17 May. The restaurant will serve an accessible take on fine French cuisine, from its sensational setting in the iconic Opera Terrace of the bustling London marketplace.
