Raymond Blanc

BBC Children in Need 2010 - Money Can't Buy Auction

11 November 2010

Raymond Blanc will be on BBC Radio 2 talking to Terry Wogan by telephone at 12.40 this coming Sunday 14 November.

Raymond will be outlining the prize which he and Le Manoir are offering to the highest bidder in this year's Children in Need Money Can't Buy Auction.

The details of the prize for two people are as follows:

You and a guest will stay overnight in a superior suite at the luxurious Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, and enjoy Champagne on arrival as well as a private garden tour plus tours of the cellar and kitchen. You’ll have dinner from a menu of your choice with specially selected wines and the next day you’ll have breakfast either in the restaurant or in your suite.

Then, on day two, you will both have exclusive use of The Raymond Blanc Cookery School and be taught by the Cookery School Director.

No pressure, but you’ll then cook lunch for Raymond who will join you for the meal and then spend the afternoon with you in the Cookery School.

You’ll have afternoon tea before departure from Le Manoir, and take away with you a set of Raymond Blanc's books which he will personally dedicate to you.

Tune in to BBC Radio 2 on Sunday to hear RB talking to Terry Wogan about the prize and his involvement with Children in Need over the years.
