30 November 2010

Raymond Blanc and all at Le Manoir are delighted to announce that Andrew Foulkes, Assistant Manager, Operations, at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, has been awarded a prestigious Master Innholders Scholarship.
The Accelerated Talent Development Programme is a substantial and enduring general management development experience for talented, high potential managers. It is a highly sought after scholarship and all at Le Manoir are immensely proud of Andy for winning.
Philip Newman-Hall, General Manager of Le Manoir, put Andrew forward for the scholarship. He says: "I encouraged Andy to enter, as the experience that would be gained by just entering would be an invaluable tool for the future. He has done far better than that, by actually winning one of these coveted scholarships."
Raymond Blanc said: "It is always exciting to see a young man with ambitions rewarded. This is a most prestigious scholarship and we are all delighted. Andy started in the kitchens at Le Manoir and it has been so rewarding to watch him grow and develop. We are very proud. It is a huge honour for Andy, also recognising his hard work, and his passion and dedication."
This award comes hot on the heels of Andy's success in the HR in Hospitality Awards in September this year. To read that story, click here.
