On Saturday 15 December, Raymond Blanc hosted an intimate evening of musical entertainment at Brasserie Blanc St Paul’s, in the City of London, with jazz pianist and singer Jamie Cullum. Raymond treated guests to a delicious 3 course dinner and Jamie treated guests to a collection of his favourite songs. The highlight of the evening was Jamie’s own version of the Leonard Cohen classic Hallelujah.
