Raymond Blanc will join Alain Roux and Ashley Palmer-Watts tjudge the finals of the BCF Chef of the Year at Hotelympia on Monday 27 February 2012. A strong line-up of chefs has made it through to the semi-finals and ten of the last sixteen will compete for the title and prize money in London. The competition commences at 1250 hrs, finishing at 1450 hrs in the Live Theatre in the South Hall at Excel. It has been announced that Raymond Blanc will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award at Hotelympia. The award will be presented to him at 10.30am on 27 February.
