A delicious breakfast!
I wanted to share one of the many memorable meals I have eaten during my time at the Taj Holiday Village in Goa. The food has been delicious, fresh, using fabulous local ingredients and wonderful spices. This meal is breakfast a very exotic and different breakfast from the traditional English fry-up!
Dosa (rice flour pancake) are light and crispy; poha (onion and garlic), turmeric potatoes, mixed pickles, a light vegetable curry ...
And a little bit of England: fried eggs and tomatoes.
Different, maybe but blissfull and spicy!
